]]> On the International Women’s Day on 8th March, EU-OSHA raises awareness about the risks and their implications for women when it comes to occupational safety and health (OSH) management, with a special insight into older female employees. Gender specific differences in the workplace might lead to a reduction of women’s well-being at work as a result of the lack of career prospects.
