EL QUE CAL SABER."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La formaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un dels factors b\u00e0sic i principal a desenvolupar en qualsevol, pla de prevenci\u00f3 de qualsevol organitzaci\u00f3, empresa, o entitat que tingui personal contractat. No s\u2019ent\u00e9n la prevenci\u00f3 sense formaci\u00f3. A <\/span><b>RISK XXI \u2013 Prl &amp; Services<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en som conscients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I de tal manera ho reconeix i prescriu la pr\u00f2pia <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-1995-24292\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Llei 31\/1995 de Prevenci\u00f3 de Riscos Laborals (LPRL)<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"sFlh5c FyHeAf iPVvYb alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/escolaeuropea.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/logo-fundae.png\" alt=\"logo-fundae - Escola Europea - Intermodal Transport\" width=\"156\" height=\"110\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es important saber que aquesta formaci\u00f3 pot ser bonificada (o no), a trav\u00e9s de la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundae.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b><i>Fundaci\u00f3n Estatal para la Formaci\u00f3n en el Empleo (FUNDAE)<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Dep\u00e8n dels casos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Volem amb aquest article posar una mica de llum en aquest assumpte i explicar, sobretot, <\/span><b>EL PROCEDIMENT<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (i els criteris d\u2019actuaci\u00f3) que seguim a <\/span><b>RISK XXI \u2013 Prl &amp; Services <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en la Bonificaci\u00f3 de la formaci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de FUNDAE. Sempre buscant el millor benefici per a les organitzacions que confien en nosaltres i garantint la seguretat jur\u00eddica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Es pot bonificar la formaci\u00f3 en PRL?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En aquest assumpte hi ha una controv\u00e8rsia important. Hi ha qui diu que aquesta formaci\u00f3 \u00e9s bonificable, per\u00f2 segons els criteris inspectors i les diferents autoritats que s\u2019han manifestat, el criteri que recomanem des de <\/span><b>RISK XXI \u2013 Prl &amp; Services<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9s que <\/span><b>la formaci\u00f3 en PRL del lloc de treball (la que anomenem de l\u2019art 19) no es pot bonificar per FUNDAE<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. El risc de no admissi\u00f3 de la bonificaci\u00f3 \u00e9s molt elevat i aix\u00ed ho hem vist en nombrosos casos. <\/span><b>Per aix\u00f2 aconsellem no bonificar aquest tipus de cursos.<\/b><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La formaci\u00f3 que si es pot bonificar \u00e9s la que no \u00e9s de l\u2019art 19.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> trav\u00e9s de la<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundae.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b><i>Fundaci\u00f3n Estatal para la Formaci\u00f3n en el Empleo (FUNDAE).<\/i><\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Les empreses disposen d&#8217;un cr\u00e8dit anual per a formaci\u00f3, que poden aplicar als cursos de PRL, sempre que compleixin els requisits de comunicaci\u00f3 i durada m\u00ednima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>RISK XXI \u2013 Prl &amp; Services <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">som empresa organitzadora reconeguda per FUNDAE, per gestionar les bonificacions de les accions formatives dels nostres clients. En aquest article t\u2019expliquem seguidament el procediment i passos que seguim.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La metodologia<\/span><b> RISK XXI \u2013 Prl &amp; Services <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">per gestionar-ho s\u2019estructura en aquests 8 passos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PAS 1: Signatura del \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contrato de Encomienda<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d i c\u00e0lcul del cr\u00e8dit a disposar per bonificar la formaci\u00f3 anual<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PAS 2: Informar a la Representaci\u00f3 Legal de les Persones Treballadores (RLPT)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PAS 3: Comunicar a FUNDAE l\u2019inici del curs. Alta.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PAS 4. Desenvolupament de la formaci\u00f3<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PAS 5: Controls i registres<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PAS 6: Comunicar a FUNDAE la finalitzaci\u00f3 del Grup. Participants i costos<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PAS 7: Aplicaci\u00f3 de la bonificaci\u00f3 en les cotitzacions<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PAS 8: Comprovaci\u00f3 de resultats<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>PAS 1: Signatura del \u201c<\/b><b><i>Contrato de Encomienda<\/i><\/b><b>\u201d i c\u00e0lcul del cr\u00e8dit a disposar per bonificar la formaci\u00f3 anual<\/b><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El cr\u00e8dit de formaci\u00f3 \u00e9s l&#8217;import total anual de qu\u00e8 disposa una empresa, com a ajuda per a la formaci\u00f3 dels seus treballadors.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un cop signada la proposta amb <\/span><b>RISK XXI \u2013 Prl &amp; Services<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> per impartir la formaci\u00f3 i gesti\u00f3 de la bonificaci\u00f3,\u00a0 necessitem signat pel client <\/span><b>\u201c<\/b><b><i>El Contrato de Encomienda<\/i><\/b><b>\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amb aquest contracte, l\u2019empresa que vol fer la formaci\u00f3, ens delega legalment a <\/span><b>RISK XXI \u2013 Prl &amp; Services<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i gesti\u00f3 de la formaci\u00f3 bonificada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u2019aquesta manera,<\/span><b> RISK XXI \u2013 Prl &amp; Services<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> podr\u00e0 accedir a l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 de <\/span><b>FUNDAE<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i informar a l\u2019empresa del cr\u00e8dit del que disposa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seguidament, li enviem al client, uns\u00a0 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.risk21.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/MODELO_FUNDAE-PLANTILLA-DATOS-TRABAJADORES_FUNDAE.xlsx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>formularis<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que ens ha de retornar emplenats, amb\u00a0 les dades de l\u2019empresa i dels alumnes que faran el curs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>A modus informatiu:\u00a0 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c\u00e0lcul del cr\u00e8dit (import en \u20ac) disponible per a les empreses, es basa en el percentatge de la quantitat cotitzada a la Seguretat Social, en concepte de formaci\u00f3 professional durant l&#8217;exercici anterior i del volum de plantilla de cada organitzaci\u00f3 empresarial. Per exemple:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>1 a 9 treballadors\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026100%\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>10 a 49 treballadors\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026.75%<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>50 a 249 treballadors\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026..60%<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>M\u00e9s de 250 treballadors\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026&#8230;50%<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per calcular el <\/span><b>cr\u00e8dit FUNDAE<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i obtenir aquesta quantia em de tenir en compte els seg\u00fcents aspectes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identificar la quota aportada per conting\u00e8ncies de formaci\u00f3 professional: es pren el 0,7% de la base de cotitzaci\u00f3 de cada treballador.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aplicar el percentatge segons la mida de l&#8217;empresa (consultar informaci\u00f3 a la taula anterior).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote><p><b>Important, a tenir en compte: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una empresa amb menys de 50 treballadors, pot acumular el cr\u00e8dit que no consumeix l&#8217;any en curs, en els dos anys seg\u00fcents. <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>RISK XXI \u2013 Prl &amp; Services<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ho marcar\u00e0 a la casella corresponent de l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 (si no est\u00e0 ja marcada pel client) <\/span><b>abans del 30 de juny del any en curs.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>PAS 2: Informar a la Representaci\u00f3 Legal de les Persones Treballadores (RLPT)<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les empreses, <\/span><b>si disposen de Representaci\u00f3 Legal dels Treballadors (RLPT),<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> estan <\/span><b>obligades<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a informar a aquests, sobre qualsevol acci\u00f3 formativa que realitzaran, abans del seu inici. Aquest tr\u00e0mit garanteix el dret d&#8217; an\u00e0lisi i consulta, tot i que no paralitza l&#8217;inici de la formaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>RISK XXI \u2013 Prl &amp; Services<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> demanar\u00e0 al client, un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.risk21.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/MODELO-DOCUMENT-RLT.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>document<\/strong><\/a> d\u2019informaci\u00f3 a la RLPT signat, en cas que\u00a0 disposi de RLPT. <\/span><strong>(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.risk21.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/MODELO-DOCUMENT-RLT.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Document RLT<\/em><\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Terminis d\u2019informaci\u00f3 al RLPT<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Antelaci\u00f3:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> L\u2019empresa ha d\u2019informar al seu RLPT amb un <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">m\u00ednim de 15 dies h\u00e0bils d&#8217;antelaci\u00f3 a l&#8217; inici de la formaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Alternatives:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Pot optar per informar sobre cada curs de forma individual o presentar un pla de formaci\u00f3 anual (sempre respectant els 15 dies abans de comen\u00e7ar el primer curs).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Resposta:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> La RLT t\u00e9 un termini de 15 dies h\u00e0bils per emetre el seu informe de resposta. Si transcorre aquest temps sense resposta, s&#8217; ent\u00e9n que el tr\u00e0mit est\u00e0 finalitzat i validat.\u00a0<\/span><b><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Informaci\u00f3 Obligat\u00f2ria a Lliurar a la RLT per part de l\u2019empresa<a href=\"https:\/\/www.risk21.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/business-people-meeting-scaled.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12997 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.risk21.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/business-people-meeting-768x513.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"389\" height=\"260\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.risk21.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/business-people-meeting-768x513.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.risk21.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/business-people-meeting-scaled-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.risk21.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/business-people-meeting-scaled-1024x684.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.risk21.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/business-people-meeting-scaled-1536x1025.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.risk21.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/business-people-meeting-scaled-2048x1367.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/www.risk21.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/business-people-meeting-scaled-24x16.jpg 24w, https:\/\/www.risk21.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/business-people-meeting-scaled-36x24.jpg 36w, https:\/\/www.risk21.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/business-people-meeting-scaled-48x32.jpg 48w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 389px) 100vw, 389px\" \/><\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Denominaci\u00f3, objectius i descripci\u00f3 de les accions formatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Col\u00b7lectius destinataris i nombre de participants per acci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calendari previst d&#8217; execuci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mitjans pedag\u00f2gics (presencial, tele-formaci\u00f3, etc.) i lloc previst d&#8217;impartici\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Criteris de selecci\u00f3 dels participants.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Balan\u00e7 de les accions formatives desenvolupades en l&#8217; exercici precedent.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>PAS 3: Comunicar a la FUNDAE l\u2019inici del curs.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>RISK XXI \u2013 Prl &amp; Services<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">donar\u00e0 d&#8217;alta a l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 de FUNDAE l&#8217;acci\u00f3 formativa, m\u00e0xim 4 dies naturals abans d\u2019inici del curs<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, segons els criteris de la formaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Modalitats (si \u00e9s presencial \/ tele-formaci\u00f3 \/ mixta. La part presencial ha de ser igual o superior al 20% del temps; en cas contrari, es considera tele-formaci\u00f3.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Durada.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Objectius.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Continguts<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un cop donada d&#8217;alta l&#8217;acci\u00f3 formativa, m\u00e0xim 4 dies naturals abans d\u2019inici del curs, <\/span><b>RISK XXI \u2013 Prl &amp; Services<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, comunicar\u00e0 dins la plataforma FUNDAE l&#8217;inici del grup, com a m\u00e0xim, 2 dies naturals abans de la data de comen\u00e7ament, indicant quan, on, qui l&#8217;imparteix i a qui va dirigit.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>PAS 4. Desenvolupament de la formaci\u00f3<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durant el desenvolupament de la formaci\u00f3, hem de tenir en compte els seg\u00fcents aspectes:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aspectes generals<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La formaci\u00f3 ha de ser gratu\u00efta per els participants.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La durada total del curs no pot ser inferior a 2 hores.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La formaci\u00f3 no pot superar les 8 hores di\u00e0ries, tret que es faci en un sol dia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El nombre de participants no haur\u00e0 d\u2019excedir de 30 participants, en modalitat presencial i 80 alumnes per tutor, en tele formaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>IMPORTANT:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perqu\u00e8 un treballador sigui \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bonificable<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d a FUNDAE, ha d&#8217; estar donat d&#8217; alta en el R\u00e8gim General de la Seguretat Social i cotitzar per Formaci\u00f3 Professional. Aix\u00f2 inclou treballadors indefinits, temporals, en ERTE i fixos discontinus. Participants i costos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Abans d&#8217;aplicar la bonificaci\u00f3, <\/span><b>RISK XXI \u2013 Prl &amp; Services<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, comunicar\u00e0 a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma FUNDAE \u00a0 la finalitzaci\u00f3 del curs a trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3, a partir de la data de finalitzaci\u00f3 i, com a molt tard, abans de la presentaci\u00f3 del butllet\u00ed de cotitzaci\u00f3 del mes de desembre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per fer aquest pas, <\/span><b>RISK XXI \u2013 Prl &amp; Services<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ha d\u2019informar de:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les dades dels participants que han finalitat la formaci\u00f3 i que pr\u00e8viament ens ha facilitat el client (han d\u2019haver realitzat, m\u00ednim el 75 % del temari i del temps del curs).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els costos del curs (directes, indirectes i d\u2019organitzaci\u00f3).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019import a bonificar. Aquest es calcula en funci\u00f3 del m\u00f2dul econ\u00f2mic m\u00e0xim (imports de 2026):<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">13,00 \u20ac a la formaci\u00f3 Presencial x n\u00ba d\u2019hores del curs x n\u00ba de\u00a0 alumnes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">7,50 \u20ac a la formaci\u00f3 Online x n\u00ba d\u2019hores del curs x n\u00ba de\u00a0 alumnes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>IMPORTANT: En cas de co-finan\u00e7ament privat<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El cofinan\u00e7ament privat de FUNDAE \u00e9s el percentatge del cost de la formaci\u00f3 bonificada que l&#8217; empresa ha d&#8217;assumir obligat\u00f2riament amb recursos propis. El seu objectiu \u00e9s assegurar el comprom\u00eds empresarial amb la capacitaci\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les empreses d&#8217;1 a 5 treballadors estan exemptes, mentre que per a plantilles majors, varia entre el 5% i el 40%. <\/span><b>Percentatges de co-finan\u00e7ament privat segons la mida de l&#8217; empresa<\/b><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El percentatge d&#8217;aportaci\u00f3 obligat\u00f2ria es calcula en funci\u00f3 de la plantilla mitjana de l&#8217;any anterior:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>1 a 5 treballadors:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 0% (Exemptes)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>6 a 9 treballadors:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 5% a c\u00e0rrec de l\u2019empresa<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>10 a 49 treballadors:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 10% a c\u00e0rrec de l\u2019empresa<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>50 a 249 treballadors:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 20% a c\u00e0rrec de l\u2019empresa<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>250 o m\u00e9s treballadors:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 40% a c\u00e0rrec de l\u2019empresa<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Com es justifica o compleix aquest co-finan\u00e7ament?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El cofinan\u00e7ament no s&#8217;aplica de manera individual a cada curs, sin\u00f3 que es calcula sobre el total de les accions formatives bonificades al llarg de tot l&#8217; any fiscal. Es pot complir de dues formes:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Aportaci\u00f3 directa:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Abonant la difer\u00e8ncia entre el cost total del curs i l&#8217; import que finalment es bonifica.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Costos salarials:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Incloent el cost del salari dels treballadors mentre reben formaci\u00f3 dins de la seva jornada laboral (temps invertit).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>C\u00f2mput global<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El c\u00e0lcul es realitza autom\u00e0ticament en l&#8217; aplicaci\u00f3 telem\u00e0tica oficial, i \u00e9s fonamental complir amb aquest requisit anualment per evitar possibles incid\u00e8ncies per inspecci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>PAS 7: Aplicaci\u00f3 de la bonificaci\u00f3 en les cotitzacions<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un cop comunicada la finalitzaci\u00f3 de la formaci\u00f3 a l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3, i fins a la presentaci\u00f3 del butllet\u00ed del mes de desembre de l&#8217;any en curs, el client es podr\u00e0 aplicar la bonificaci\u00f3 per formaci\u00f3 als rebuts de la Liquidaci\u00f3 de Cotitzacions a la Seguretat Social.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els requisits son el seg\u00fcents:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estar al corrent de pagament davant de l\u2019ag\u00e8ncia Tribut\u00e0ria i la Seguretat Social.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cas que l\u2019empresa en disposi, haver informat pr\u00e8viament a la RLPT (Representaci\u00f3 Legal de les Persones Treballadores).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al finalitzar la formaci\u00f3 i els tr\u00e0mits esmentats,<\/span><b> RISK XXI \u2013 Prl &amp; Services<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, lliurar\u00e0 al client un document del tancament de la formaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 el pugui presentar a la seva gestoria o departament administratiu corresponent, i gestionar la tramitaci\u00f3 davant de la Seguretat Social.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>PAS 8: Comprovaci\u00f3 de resultats<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tant el client com <\/span><b>RISK XXI \u2013 Prl &amp; Services<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, han de conservar, durant un termini de quatre anys, la documentaci\u00f3 acreditativa de les accions formatives bonificades, per si aquestes fossin requerides.
