Segons l\u2019informe <a href=\"https:\/\/images.info.cignaglobal.com\/Web\/CignaGHBIntl\/%7B470c899b-e813-4ad4-bf7c-2e7d8d515349%7D_Estudio_Nutrici\u00f3n.pdf?utm_medium=traffic&amp;utm_source=mail_letter&amp;utm_campaign=newsletter-es-cigna-all&amp;utm_content=nl_members_sep&amp;up_id=b804195\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em data-start=\"370\" data-end=\"410\">H\u00e0bits alimentaris en l\u2019entorn laboral<\/em><\/a>, presentat per Cigna Healthcare Espanya, el 25% dels treballadors improvisa cada dia el que menja, mentre que m\u00e9s de la meitat afirma no disposar de temps suficient per preparar \u00e0pats saludables. Dos de cada tres empleats, a m\u00e9s, reconeixen rec\u00f3rrer al menjar com a via per gestionar l\u2019ansietat o l\u2019estr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"720\" data-end=\"1255\"><strong data-start=\"720\" data-end=\"772\">Estr\u00e8s, improvisaci\u00f3 i conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies en la salut<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"720\" data-end=\"1255\">L\u2019estudi revela que gaireb\u00e9 la meitat dels empleats tendeix a menjar r\u00e0pid, a escollir opcions poc saludables. Alguns fins i tot a saltar-se \u00e0pats quan treballa sota pressi\u00f3. Entre directius i comandaments intermedis, set de cada deu admeten que acaben ometent \u00e0pats a causa de la c\u00e0rrega laboral o de l\u2019acumulaci\u00f3 de reunions. La improvisaci\u00f3, adverteixen els experts, es tradueix sovint en una dieta desequilibrada basada en plats preparats, menjar r\u00e0pid i tentempi\u00e9s poc nutritius.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1257\" data-end=\"1763\"><strong data-start=\"1257\" data-end=\"1341\">Patrons alimentaris: entre la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia i la manca de productes frescos<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1257\" data-end=\"1763\">Tot i que un 83% dels treballadors assegura seguir una dieta variada i un 55% es declara seguidor de la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia, els h\u00e0bits mostren mancances. Nom\u00e9s una quarta part afirma que la majoria dels aliments que consumeix s\u00f3n frescos, mentre que la meitat situa aquest percentatge entre el 25% i el 50%. Aix\u00ed mateix, un 3% s\u2019identifica com a vegetari\u00e0, un 1,8% com a veg\u00e0 i un 1,9% segueix una dieta sense gluten.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1765\" data-end=\"2246\"><strong data-start=\"1765\" data-end=\"1820\">L\u2019impacte del teletreball en els h\u00e0bits de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1765\" data-end=\"2246\">El teletreball ha introdu\u00eft canvis significatius en la manera de menjar. Sis de cada deu empleats que el practiquen consideren que la seva dieta ha millorat gr\u00e0cies a l\u2019acc\u00e9s a una cuina i al major consum de fruites i verdures. No obstant aix\u00f2, treballar des de casa tamb\u00e9 comporta riscos: el 46% admet que pica m\u00e9s entre hores i una gran majoria reconeix que redueix la seva activitat f\u00edsica, augmentant el sedentarisme.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2248\" data-end=\"2892\"><strong data-start=\"2248\" data-end=\"2318\">Conclusi\u00f3: conciliar per millorar l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 i la salut laboral<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2248\" data-end=\"2892\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">La manca de temps per preparar \u00e0pats saludables i el pes de l\u2019estr\u00e8s durant la jornada laboral afecten directament la qualitat de la dieta dels treballadors espanyols. Tal com adverteix l\u2019informe de Cigna i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lavanguardia.com\/vivo\/20250911\/11049575\/falta-pasa-factura-cuarta-parte-trabajadores-improvisa-diario-menu.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em data-start=\"2528\" data-end=\"2543\">La Vanguardia<\/em><\/a> en un article, una bona alimentaci\u00f3 no nom\u00e9s repercuteix en la salut f\u00edsica i emocional, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 millora la concentraci\u00f3 i la capacitat per afrontar la pressi\u00f3.
